The website features an events calendar, business directory, featured pages and blogs on unique Halton Hills attractions.
Cycle Tourism 
Cycle tourism is growing every year in Ontario, and Halton Region is one of the most popular destinations for road cyclists. According to the Ontario Cycle Tourism & Cycling Activity Report (2021/2022) launched by Transportations Options, cyclists spent between $101 and $150 per day in visiting communities. The Town has partnered with Ontario By Bike to promote cycle friendly businesses. Add your business to the Bicycle Friendly List on Ontario By Bike to make sure cyclists know you are open for their business.
The Town's Bike Rack Program provides FREE bike racks (valued at $600 each) if local businesses have a Bicycle Friendly Business certification through the Ontario By Bike Network. See more information about the Town's Free Bike Rack Program Here.
Agriculture Tourism 
Agri-tourism is a growing tourism sector and Halton Hills hosts some of the most popular visitor farms in the province. Contact tourism@haltonhills.ca to have your farm added to the Farm Experiences Promotion on the Visithaltonhills.ca website.
The Town launched a new Community Improvement Plan (CIP) program in 2022. The Agricultural Building & Renovation Grant program supports on-farm diversification projects. See the Halton Hills CIP Page to inquire about your eligibility.

Small Business 
A strong online presence is important to help visitors to Halton Hills find your business. The Town's Digital Main Street Program (2020-2023) provides in-person and financial support to small businesses looking to upgrade their digital offerings. Learn more about Digital Main Street.
The Town has partnered with the Ontario Culinary Tourism Alliance to promote our local restaurants to a larger international market. The Halton Hills Great Taste of Ontario Passport promotes 21 local businesses and provides incentives to visitors checking-in at these locations.
Our downtowns are some of the busiest and sought after destinations for visitors. Facade Improvement Grants are available through the Town's Community Improvement Plan (CIP) program for eligible businesses in the downtown commercial areas to support restoration and upgrades to outdoor building facades.
